Preparing for Round 3!!
6 days til Round 3 starts!! So here’s where I’m at…
I’m still in the process of completing my preseason
tasks, with the aim to complete them all by Saturday. They’re almost done, but I just want to take a
final read through and see if there’s anything extra that I can add.
I’ve set up a manilla folder that will house all of my
Round 3 documentation:
- Preseason tasks
- Monthly calendars
- Weekly planners
- Weekly meals calorie tracker
- WeightTracker (this is an excel spread sheet I will update each week and use to track/plot my progress)
- Fitness Tracker (this is an excel spread sheet I will update each week and use to track/plot my progress)
I’ve bought a set of pretty pink folders to neatly display my
weekly meal and fitness plans, which is something that I’ve failed to do
previously. (I still have bits & pieces from Round 1 that are yet to be
filed away properly!)
I’ve looked through the latest Big W catalogue to see what
gear (including One Active gear) I
need/want to purchase before the round commences. Still need to purchase some
heavier dumbbells and a fitball – this is to make sure that I have all the
equipment to complete the Lean and Strong Program at home.
