Round 3. Week 1. Day 1

Day 1


I've decided to keep a daily diary for Round 3, to track my nutrition, fitness and other bits & pieces that I experience during this round!



Red Flags

Nutrition

Daily Calorie Allowance = 1200
Actual Calories Consumed = 1278
Δ = +78 cals
  • Trying to make a conscious effort to drink more water
  • Loved today’s lunch and so did Hubby!
  • Hubby cooked dinner tonight – we opted for steak with mushroom sauce for dinner instead of the fish stew (not a big fish fan!)


Training


Incidental Training

Quick walk before work – 0.59km / 09:45min / 31cals

Took a walk around the block after buying my morning coffee, rather than heading straight up to the office

 

Quick walk during my lunch break – 2.03km / 15:36min / 61cals

Had to go to the pharmacy at lunchtime, so I decided to take a longer route back to the office and also take the stairs instead of the lift

Partial completion of program – 42:49min / 228cals

 

Head Space


Pumped to start Round 3 but feeling extremely tired today

Still trying to figure out how I’m going to fit in 6 days of training! I just physically can not do it. I think I may need to aim for 3-4 days training per week.
