Sick again, but I
will…..
Well I’m sick. Again.
Today marks 1 week since I
was diagnosed with another upper respiratory tract infection. Still coughing.
Still have a runny and stuffy nose. Still feel crazy tired. And still feel
bleh. But tonight I am signing up for Round 3 of Michelle Bridges’ 12WBT. Yep,
that’s right. I said it. I’m officially doing Round 3.
It’s all about balance. Rest
when sick and go hard when possible.
It’s all good.
So for me, my current focus
it to remain on top of my nutrition and rest up so that I can get back on top
of my training.
I have double batches of Chicken
& Mushroom Boscaiola and Minestrone Soup in the fridge, so
dinner is sorted for the next few nights – phew!
So yes, I may be sick again,
but I will:

Register for Round 3
- Make a start on my Round 3 preseason tasks
- Use this “down time” to plan my meals out for the remainder of Round 2 (I’m doing this round on my own)
- Print out and organise my 12WBT Round 1 recipes
- Print out and organise my 12WBT Round 1 workout plans
- Update my blog
