· Feeling sore today after last night’s workout – but
it’s a “good” sore!
· Feeling a bit deflated with some general “stuff”
that’s going on, but found that when I was training last night, I completely
forgot all about it – such a good feeling.
· Way
too tired to train tonight and Hubby got home late. Too much to fit in during
the evenings!!

· Didn’t do my 30 push ups last night – looks like it’s on tonight!· Need to still do my sit and reach as part of my fitness test.
